“Improvise, adapt, and overcome” is more than just a catch-phrase from the United States Marine Corps—to me it is a plan of action on how to take on any challenge and defeat any obstacle. In 2010 I graduated from California State University Channel Islands with a BS in chemistry. After working in an analytical laboratory for a year-and-a-half I made the decision to do something greater than myself and in 2012 I enlisted in the Marines. I became an anti-tank missileman with 2/4 Weapons Company in Camp Pendleton, CA and eventually became a Section Leader in charge of twelve Marines. I served two deployments with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit based in Okinawa, Japan, where I traveled and trained in Australia, Hong Kong, and South Korea. After serving four years active duty I have interacted with many kinds of people, faced many challenges, and learned ways of overcoming any problems that life can throw at you. I want to transfer these experiences to my passion for real estate in order to provide the most driven and motivated service for you and your needs. As an Agent of Change with Metes & Bounds Team I will take the challenge of buying or selling your home personally, and fight on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. With the POWERHOUSE PROCESS™, I will use a purpose driven marketing strategy that no other agent has—allowing you to clean once, show once, and have you in escrow above listing price without the stress and inconvenience that comes with other agencies. As your agent, I will show you why the saying “there is no better friend and no worse enemy than a United States Marine” is true.
